Wes Anderson

Wes Anderson is a leading GOP pollster with nearly 20 years of experience in opinion research.  As a founding partner Wes now leads the polling divisions of OnMessage Inc. and OnMessage Sports, providing political and corporate clients with a full spectrum of quantitative (surveys) and qualitative (focus groups) opinion research products.  In 2010 Wes served as the lead pollster for the NRCC’s Independent Expenditure efforts which succeeded in gaining a GOP majority in the House.  In this capacity Wes was responsible for developing and overseeing messaging for NRCC IE advertising.  Wes polled for 2010’s biggest upsets, Senator Ron Johnson’s victory over Senator Russ Feingold and Governor Rick Scott’s razor thin victories over Bill McCollum (primary) and Alex Sink (general).  In addition, Wes polled for Freshman House members Diane Black, Frank Guinta, Bill Flores, Quico Canseco, Blake Farenthold, Jim Renacci and Bob Gibbs.

Wes has also polled for a number of Sports clients through OnMessage Sports including the Orlando Magic and the Detroit Red Wings. Over the last few campaign cycles Wes has polled for Governor Bobby Jindal Senator John Thune, the RNC and the NRSC’s Independent Expenditure efforts.  A former campaign manager and organizer for conservative coalition groups, Wes brings a strategic approach to opinion research – creating a product focused on message-testing and actionable results.  Earlier in his career Wes served as the RNC’s Polling Director under chairman Haley Barbour and Western States Field Director for the NRSC under Chairman Al D’Amato.

Wes and his wife Kim have two daughters and live in Davidsonville, MD.
