Use Calendar to Start a New Case
To start a new case find an available date on the calendar and consult with the opposing side as to their availability. Better yet get your opponent on the phone and select an available date. Then click on that date and provide the information requested. Judge Ahalt will get an e-mail alerting him of your selection. Also send Judge Ahalt and email at amahalt@gmail.com confirming the selection and providing the names and email addresses of all opposing counsel. Judge Ahalt’s hourly fee is $500 per hour.
